@Justin Caputo As an Arizona Property Manager of multi-plex properties around the valley I would be able and willing to provide you with data points that may be beneficial to your analysis of the property.You will want a due diligence period so you can obtain the leases, rent roll, expenses, interior inspections etc to really evaluate the property properly.If this is the one I suspect I would be careful before I put up $5000 Non-Refundable Earnest money on a deal with few details.

Some houses don't have interior access because they might still be occupied, some auctions come with a buyers premium fee that gets added to the final price, and sometimes you will have to pur down a deposit to be able to place bid.
