We have the toy hauler behind the truck with my motorcycle.

I now want to do some properties either on my own or with just a single partner, and use long fixed rate financing for properties that I plan to keep for the long haul (20+ years, and probably have family inherit some day). 

@Patrick Toy if you can give a little more info as to the type of property you are looking for, I would be happy to see if there are homes that match your search criteria.

My wife has family in East Oklahoma (couple hours south of Tulsa) and we have toyed with the idea of buying down there. 

Most people think that agents "have to haul people around all day on Saturday and Sunday" but it's not true.

There were several times worth of toilet clogging and unable to flush (the plumber found a toy in the P-Trap and newspaper the other time).

I had to haul off a bunch of trash they left behind.

I've also toyed around with the idea of turning the large room into a studio apartment considering it already has a separate entrance and that is the room I was planning on adding the second kitchen to anyway.

One trip, a beautiful summer's day, we hauled our boat to Anacortes and put in the water to Friday Harbor.
