We’ve never had a president with an green deal agenda like this coming up and those plans require trillions of dollars .

As stated above, I think Boston and Greater Boston markets are stable... to add, and this is just my .02 worth- Boston has easy access to green-space, easy access to other States, or hitting the Cape etc.... and, we didn't see the same level of civil unrest some other major cities have seen.

I know New York has some special rules about how long before you can refinance (generally 6 months), and what kind of work can be done with what permits (don't you dare touch the outside without those big green plywood fences!)

I would suggest one of the best places to get good renters is in localized Facebook groups (for example, Green county rentals Facebook group).
