I have decided to sell my land that i was goin to do that to. only because i do NOT know how to get the cash to accomplish it and i do have a business that is taking off and i need to go with it. cause it can make me $60 G in one month. anyway, i am still intrigued with the tiny house homestead idea.. maybe on an offgrid organic farm; to go along with my wild food plant business.

I'm in the Phoenix-Metro market, and as a longtime resident who's had a career in outside sales spanning 15+ years, I've seen every nook of the metro area and NoAZ and I'll put this forward: I'd advise taking a good look at any and all comps offered you by 'wholesalers' with more than a grain of salt.

This year I bought my first investment property in Centereach and luckily my tenants cover my taxes and mortgage payments so my jobs paycheck is used for other things (cc payments, food etc etc)I think that the best move to invest anywhere in NY is to look at multifamily units in BK or queens.
