When I googled the term I found a pile of BP posts, although nothing with a distinct description or ranking by state.

I just find it funny because nothing in the description is about the property, just about all the things you can do while your house is underground. 

@Tim Greenfield, I think @Brian Eastman hit the nail on the head with his description of WHY you would want the LLC structure for SDIRA.
