2) What language or verbiage would you use to contact these buyers that would help me set up time to just connect with them versus try to sell them the idea of me finding real estate on their behalf - I dont want to come across as someone who only wants to use them as buyers - I want to form genuine connections.I love building relationships and expanding my network, so I am looking forward to chatting with you all!

Hello inspiring investor here, I have been educating myself on real estate for awhile even starting a real estate course, then covid hit an as a nurse I could not focus on markets, sub markets and ROI with the devastation so I stopped.

I been wanting to start in this but financial reason I feel are holding me back I work 40+ hours weeks and genuinely be so tired and I have bills to pay so it’s like I can never win I didn’t have a car I just bought one cause it was needed.

Being genuine and not following trends 

You do not have to become a realtor yourself, that will be additional monthly fees and responsibilities; however, if you are genuinely interest in real estate becoming an agent can be beneficial for you. 

I am always eager to learn, get trained on, and attend real estate market meetings offered by my firm and I'm genuinely interest in helping others in any shape of form that I can.
