Bad credit, job instability, can't save up the money for the down payment, don't want to deal with maintenance, freedom to move whenever they want...

We are Julie and Jason Rhodes, a married newbie team from Westminster, Colorado that are starting a journey towards financial freedom through real estate investing. 

I already work from home (Software Engineer for my own small business) but I want more time freedom to spend with my growing family.I currently am 1 of 3 partners who own a small business that offers software and other services to the Automotive Industry in the Caribbean.

I want to build financial freedom outside of my day job by generating passive income and looking for the right opportunities.

Freedom is my goal.

Quite honestly, I feel there's a great deal of success stories that sound like this is a quick get your path to financial freedom scheme.The way you described your bad decision making was helpful to EVERYONE!

I live in Redmond, Oregon and I am in pursuit of forming passive sources of income with the eventual goal of financial freedom.

One question I do have is how can we purchase more rentals while paying off the first one because one duplex alone will not help us achieve financial freedom.

My long-term real estate goals are to own 100+ properties around the world and create enough passive income to obtain financial freedom and build a business  that provides jobs, value and opportunities for my community.

Everyone says that they want financial freedom, but I honestly think we will be working for ourselves in the next few years and not someone else.
