Lets' tax the rich some more.

Has anyone taken the educational real estate investor courses that Nouveau Riche University offers and used their concierge services, if so what was your experience with it and was it worth the investment for the education?

When I enter the property if the beds, clothing, food are mostly gone, then they are gone.

Is it close to a Whole Foods or Starbucks?

I am going to be going to Ron Legrand's Quick Start Real Estate.If I started doing real estate from the time I first learned of Ron Legrand I would be rich by now or at least in a better place then I am. 

She wrote a long letter with a bunch of excuses and said life is hard for her because she's not a "rich Landlord" like me.

I would suggest reading "Set for Life" By Scott Trench, and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert T.
