I currently saving for my third house, but I am unsure  if I should buy a third property in Winston Salem or branch out to surrounding towns like Charlotte, High Point, or Greensboro. 

I listened to them all (and all of the BP podcasts) by not listening to music during my drive - podcasts or audible only.

I need to be able to drive to the property and in my area the purchase price alone for a property could be 200k or more.   

Texas, is definitely not a quick drive for me and I would rather not have to fly every time I want to buy there.

Chicago's neighborhoods can vary drastically block to block, and I recommend driving the neighborhoods of any area you are seriously considering.   

You want the best applicants and too high of an application fee can drive away that best renter that you want.

I guess what I'm asking is what should my next step be especially with the fact the property is about a 5 hour drive away from me.

He touched on how when he takes road trips with his family he looks into some investment opportunities in the area so he can use that mileage as a write-off, and how most drives you make present the opportunity to be written off.

they pull at every emotional heart string.. you deserve this .. this is so simple do you have what it takes.. your financial freedom number.. like being self employed is something everyone wants. some do fine other fail.. and these are just training programs they don't guarantee success.. just like watching BP pod cast or reading blogs or talking on this site hardly guarantees your success.. real estate is hard.. it takes drive money and dedication .
