Was just me in my start up years.Fried potatoes and onionsThrow in some hamUse tortillas to make burritosAdd with your scrambled eggsAdd diced ham with your eggsHam sandwichHam steakBaked beansAdd hamBeans in top of riceRamen with the water add your egg at last with heat off and it will cook on topMix with riceRamen drain the water then add seasoning   This makes the flavors come out moreRice with butter then out sugar on top for cerealFried rice with egg and onions.And the coup de grace, hot sauce on top all of the dishes.Sunday chicken.

I'm currently converting a garage in one of my Triplex properties into a 1bed 1 bath ADU and I have individual single family homes in Cul de Sac that I would not consider doing such a thing as it wouldn't decrease value. rent and desirability especially as I look to sell and 1031 exchange those properties.
