My purpose for this thread was simply to ask how often it happens and if others experienced it as well, not to get into a debate of right and wrong.

I have been debating whether to go Section 8 or not.  

Here is the dilemna:  I have heard both sides of the debate.

I was debating if investing as an LP will have its advantages with the all the current tax changes.

I usually don't frequent this sub-forum to debate over peoples perceptions of attitudes.

But some people take that risk.Direct mail is used by most investors and there is debate about which is best - postcards vs. letters, etc.
