I prefer self employed Tenant Buyers because they show drive and most self employed simply take all of the tax write-offs available to them which reduces their bottom line income.

After further research and then me to take a drive and see this property in person, it’s a C-D rated property and the seller seemed to think differently.

Basically 5 doors, all 1 bed/1 bath, with the garages to rent separately. 

Find the ones in the drive-able distance that generate a large audience and go to them.
