Will, sorry I picked Sunday afternoon, and it was a little soon too, but thinking most people would be home by that time, after luncheon.

It appears i will be on afternoons this time and will not be arriving until after 10pm so hopefully some of you will still be around.

This afternoon, I got an urgent text message from my agent about a property (listed, she has info that the sellers are in a panic).  

I will be viewing the property this afternoon with several other agents/investors.  

It was miserable in afternoons.

I anticipate this whole endeavor won't take more than a single afternoon.
