Has anyone taken their training/used their software? 

I wondered if anyone had experience with software which creates automated PDFS or that has an excellent template suitable for property.

I'm thinking it will be a free class provided once every six months designed to teach landlords about federal/state/local law, common landlord - tenant problems, software for managing rentals, Etc.If you were attending a landlord class, what topics would you like to see covered?

I have mine synced to vrbo and my management software and it updates hourly.     

There's free software out there that will perform market syndication (as well as things like online applications and tenant screening) that you could take advantage of.

I realize BP offers software for their subscriptions.

If the accountant has to do the books; he will charge his hourly rate to complete the task.You will save money if you do it yourself.With that said, you may want to consider outsourcing the accounting services if you are unfamiliar with the software or want to focus on tasks that generate you more income(analyzing deals, networking, etc).
