Would paying for leads be like "Hey I'll give you $100 if you find me properties that I could possibly buy" and paying a finders fee be like "Hey here's $100 for finding my a property that I just closed on"?

My original plan was just to flip this like everything else.

Seems like once a month, someone figures out a new way to carve off a bit more of my investment for themselves.

Both side said that my DTI was too high and I wasn't qualify to borrow.

Hello Fellow BP Members,I am excited that I found my first property for an STR but stressing out over the lender not meeting closing deadline.

I’m just worried it won’t cover my cost to pay my lender back for the flip and I would have to come out of pocket or sell the house for minimal gain.
