I grew up in Philadelphia (another navy outpost).

It's how we grew a robust lending practice and it gives the investor/lender a better loan that's more likely to pay and meet their yield expectations.

I grew up nearby in New Braunfels and extended family run Industrial related businesses in Seguin.

There are plenty of folks who grew up in local neighborhoods similar to this that will appreciate a well taken care of, clean place to stay.

Found some new spots I never knew of and there are some good food and activities.I use to go as a kid since I grew up in the Bay Area and one of my friends parents had a vacation home there.Murphy's is a good spot to be around.Collin

What I learned from this first property investment in my SDIRA is this: I wanted a one-and-done investment that provided a decent return and grew my money, not trying to hit a home run...so my second investment was a real estate income fund that provides short term real estate bridge loans.
