As long as your tenant base has bank accounts and are internet capable, I’d always use Cozy, Apartments.com or Tenant Cloud type services.

It is a technology company that seems to streamline property management, property internet, & smart home features, all of which are things I am interested in deploying at my own apartment.

The town is VERY small (~2,000 population), very rural, but has gig internet and is less than an hour from Yellowstone/Cody, Thermopolis, and Ten Sleep, Wyoming.

With the internet, trends have become uniform across the board with some spurts of creativity throughout, however, I always appreciate when someone thinks outside the box and makes a place unique.
