Anybody have experience using Quext Technology?

I am looking for any insight on a company called Quext. It is a technology company that seems to streamline property management, property internet, & smart home features, all of which are things I am interested in deploying at my own apartment. I have no experience in this area & am looking for any insight on this company or similar ones in the multifamily technology space. Has anybody worked with Quext & if so how was your experience with them from your end & how was the experience with them on the tenants end, with the use of their services?
