New place is in the country on a couple acres, with huge trees, a creek in the back, open ground for playing, horse stalls and pasture, unbelievable amount of garage / shop space and a nice house for the wife.

On our credit report we may have a handful of medical bills but that's pretty much all our debt.To start my one of my goals is to get out of the rate race and have enough cash flow to replace my income which is $2,000.

I agree, before you get on a race bike for the first time, you should know that cranking back the throttle in first gear may not end well. 

Somehow, one night I was introduced to a young lady that would fundamentally change my outlook on life, wealth, and avoiding the rat race I was so desperately chasing.

This is my first rental so I may be putting the cart before the horse?
