Thanks @Ugochukwu Opara, these tools seem helpful, but I agree with @Ibrahim S, what I'm looking for is a full automation of the process in one software package - and that's what FB is promising - that includes: - Marketing campaigns management (including multiple ready-made customized direct mail campaigns, like: divorce campaign, probate campaign, bankruptcy campaign, vacant property campaign, etc) - Rehab management (standard contractor agreement, SoW generator, rehab cost calculator) - Deal Management (purchase and sales agreements, auto form contract generator, property disclosure, auto emails, etc) - Property management Thanks @Brian Daly for the hint, it might not be worth to invest in somewhat expensive tools in the beginning, but will be good to know where to find them when you need them :)
