Should I build my buyer's list a bit before diving into deal making?

I know it's a lot of dive into when you're first trying to figure out a system, but the payoff is huge.I'm pretty close to paperless for all of my record keeping.

But what I was really upset about was the fact that I could've done that myself.....had I the knowledge at that time.I agree with Tracey, dive in here and you will have the knowledge for the next deal.

Do your research, come up with a logical plan and dive in.

Also, use a deeper color on the house, so it doesn't look washed out.

It actually leads to increased crime rates and lower overall (physical/mental) health of a population too when looking deeper into this mess.

There is a deeper issue at hand.

I'm also from Iowa and have a similar strategy in mind but have not taken the dive yet.

I cannot wait to dig deeper.
