Yah, I should've started earlier to avoid that, but it didn't work out that way.

Always good to start doing something yourself first to work out the kinks.

Sometimes life doesn’t work out the way you think it will. 

During this 30-day period, agents should be able to: set goals for themselves; set up their MLS; add their sphere/ALL of their friends, family, acquaintences to a database; begin calling/contacting everyone in their database; begin generating leads from other sources like cold calling, expireds, fsbos, social media, open houses, etc; begin tracking KPIs; create or refine online profiles; create and post social media content; attend role play sessions to work on lead generation/conversion skills & more. 

Advertising, sales commission, job supervision (which isn't usually a job cost), office expenses (even if they work out of their home), insurance, accounting and legal fees, licenses, taxes, employee expenses, and their own salary are just a few of their overhead expenses.

Part of my role was to handle "Special Assets", which is trying to work out delinquent commercial loans.

I am still very new to all of this, and especially intrigued to see how investing while living overseas will work out.

If you have already coordinated a meeting and are planning to have some more I'd love to attend a session and learn a little from the professionals in the area!

Another avenue to explore if they do not work out is using a commercial policy (Business Owners or Package policy).
