Your chances of wholesaling it are probably low as there would be moving expenses to relocate it etc.

I am interested in wholesaling to begin my journey, but ready to get started as well. 

You can only make real money if you have like 5+ doors or doing a much more active -"add value" plays like BRRR, airbnb/STR, add wholesaling.
