There's also a sink by the washer and dryer hook up. 

They're great little units, but they don't have a laundry option, and there is no room for adding washer/dryer hookups.

Is there a clothes washer and dryer on-site or in-unit?

As the area continues to turn around I plan on gradually making larger improvements, most notably washers/dryers in each unit and roof decks the units.

We would put in washer/dryers for use by the tenants, put in an outside common bbq area and maybe a horseshoe pit and raised bed community garden.

The units don't have washer and dryer hook ups, witch will be the first thing ill be worried about since we'll be living in them. 

So I learn if it was here in California I have relationships with lenders and can get things done.

I'm finishing up a hold and the closet for the washer/dryer is a bit small- the space I'm working with is about 29.5" wide and 27.5" deep.
