As the area continues to turn around I plan on gradually making larger improvements, most notably washers/dryers in each unit and roof decks the units.

We would put in washer/dryers for use by the tenants, put in an outside common bbq area and maybe a horseshoe pit and raised bed community garden.

I'm finishing up a hold and the closet for the washer/dryer is a bit small- the space I'm working with is about 29.5" wide and 27.5" deep.
