I have not started using RM yet but after getting a demo on the standalone version and seeing it's versatility I was convinced it made more sense just to dive in with RM and put QB on the shelf.

I love the contacts and calender applications, and the versatility to synch with MS Outlook.

I have not checked into it yet, but I believe the city declared it unsafe to enter because vegetation has grown up all around the entrances.

Another possible use I've seen here is a community vegetable garden, which is a good concept, but doesn't generate any cash flow.

It's so versatile, I throw my motorcycles in the bed, sleep/camp back there, use it as a laptop stand and I have tons of room in the backseat so I can keep things locked back there if needed.  

I cut the grass and keep the vegetation down to keep neighborhood kids from doing what kids do in those kinds of area and eventually would like to try to acquire it.

One note- you wont get new grass to grow in it,,,neither will you get a vegetable garden to grow for a few years afterward. 2, 4, -D is the least dangerous,,, cost effective way and safer to trees if not sprayed directly on them.

If a family on foodstamps can only afford to eat boiled rice with margerine, their kids are not going to be as healthy as mine, who eats baked boneless skinless chicken breast, steamed vegetable, and a nice green salad with fresh fruit for desert.

Things have been good as long as she stays away from raw fruit or raw vegetables.
