The side for the tenant, it's a squeeze on the middle man for sure, and the government is not doing a good job by letting these tenants chill in a house for over a year without being able to evict them from the property after not paying rent for this long.

Aside from the the fact that they will be paying land and rent.. in order to cater and justify competitive student housing we will create a community vibe and upfront of the premises we will have a commercial container space (coffeshop, and a place for students to chill)  , by creating this an association.

I dismissed them (and paid them for the call), and called another Tech, he brought a replacement thermostat and 15 minutes later it was fixed with the proper chilled air temp coming from the vents.I told the three of them it was most likely the Thermostat, and they put a multi meter on it and said NO.The skill of the Tech makes a difference (as well as their honesty, because if this system is a black box to you--you could easily be told anything, and end up paying a ton more then needed).Good Luck!

With the properties I manage, I'm usually a fairly chill landlord (my goal is kind but firm on rules) but with cash for keys, you have to really harp on the fact they can walk with this money or they will be greeted by an officer next week who will be much less kind.
