@Bruce Woodruff the guy they cited has a company called Reventure Consulting and has a bunch of videos on YouTube…to summarize his content, the entire industry of real estate is in an utter free fall and he’s predicted a depression-level collapse for a couple of years now.

People, you DO know that it takes FAR LESS work to just suck it up, build a friggin credible website and harvest leads on autopilot than it is driving for dollars and building a list and sending mail pieces out.It is utterly beyond me that people will go to GREAT lengths to do some ridiculous method just because everyone else is doing it KNOWING damn stinking well most of you doing it WILL fail MISSERABLY at it.There comes a point where I wonder if investors have the ability to think and analyze thoughts and concepts on their own.For crying out loud folks...

I am looking for advice on what I can do while I am younger to make myself better prepared for investing in the future, because the last thing that I want to do is graduate college and find myself utterly unprepared for anything (granted, I will be unprepared for many things, but the goal here is to be prepared for as much as possible.)I don't spend much, for the most part I put gas in my parents' Prius every now and then and I buy the occasional movie ticket or candy bar - but I save most of my paycheck.So, my biggest question is, what can I do to set myself up for success?
