I don't know where you could go from there, as far as showing ownership and then obtaining title, but it may be worth the effort.....or at least some questions to the DMV.In any case, if the MLS listing said that the mobile was part of the deal, at that point, you have a strong case for ownership and may very well be able to sell it as is, understood to the buyer that you won't be able to convey title.

From what I understood, it has something to do with the involvement of the government in the way Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac operate (the Federal Takeover of 2008) As I was explained, the new DTI requirement will apply to private portfolio loans, but not to loans that will be sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (Conventional loans).

I understood the same thing, that's the reason why I moved out by the 16th.

Back to being serious now, I understood the basics about money out of high school, and learned much more by reading Dave Ramsey (even though I think some of his advice is also bad, and I obviously don't follow it all).

@James Wise I found this website the American Association of Private Lenders, I contacted them & they told me that they will contact lenders who lend to PR & FL, so all they do is check my deals and see if I get funded (That's what I understood)
