Still have to install the backsplash, cabinet trim, and baseboards but we are getting there!

If the siding is in good shape just paint it or paint the trim a different color and that would change the curb appeal a lot for not much out of pocket.

If there are multiple homes on a large property, I would go for the same color scheme with minor tweaks at most (such as trim or accent colors).

If the plumber is just setting a new toilet and tub and trimming throughout 6k should include all materials

This property is pretty much ready to go (very close to turn key) the wood floors need polyurethane or carpet, roof is metal it needs to be painted and the grass needs to be cut and bushes trimmed.

The landscaping and bushes were not trimmed as we gave to them when they moved in.

Although i'm not a contractor, the only damage that I noticed was some slight cosmetic water damage in a few small places on the exterior trim boards.

I mostly trim trees, mow yard and clean-up home.
