Hey Biggerpockets Fam, With an ongoing shift in the market and changes happening in the triangle, have any of your strategies changed when investing in real estate?

My kids are enrolled in school in Haddam with their cousins, so I'm ideally looking to stay within a 20-25 minute commute for now - the triangle from Old Saybrook up toward Guilford, and down Route 6 along the CT River across to Wallingford and back up.If anybody has a possibility, please reach out!!!

@Nawal Osman  I would say Arapaho is a very tiny town and not normally on most investors radar.Focus on areas of growth....Texas might be better...the bigger cities around DFW, Houston, San Antonio.Austin is super expensive right now.Also some of the mid-size cities in between this triangle.
