Why are your using Venmo or Zelle or anything similar to that to collect rent with so many other FREE and DEDICATED systems tailored towards rent collection?

Our list has been hand tailored over the eight years I’ve been designing vacation rentals, and is one of the most valuable items in the company.

Build a relationship with a wholesaler and work with them to find you a deal that is tailored to you. 

Surrounding businesses include two tailor shops, car mechanic/lot and a small BBQ joint.

I followed the majority of the points in that book as far as suggestions, and tailored them to my tenants. 

Tailor the gift to the tenant.Then, of course... the tried an true.... a greeting card with a thoughtful handwritten personal message with a little cash tucked inside.But my favorite?

If, however, you've got a high interest rate or long amortization or both, then your options are more limited.The cool thing about creative finance strategies is that they can be tailored to meet your needs now and again in the future should your situation change.

I know a few different property managers that can tailor solutions to whatever it is you are looking to accomplish.

I only recently joined BiggerPockets and it seems more tailored to residential real-estate, not Self Storage (i.e. no calculator that maybe fits the self storage model...idk).Thanks,Dave
