What are some good legal resources to summarize what is legally required of the S corp in terms of w2 paperwork, etc?

I won’t go into much detail about my experience, other than summarize key points.

To summarize , we need to keep an eye on all those metrics , if mortgage delinquents and defaults rise,  people moving away and where business closes, the house price drop the most is such area's.

I wouldn't summarize it as sales, at all, I see it as part human-centered design, part strategy development and execution, you wont just be selling a home, you will be analyzing the product, finding its strengths, deeply understanding the buyer- what they are trying to accomplish, what their need is and how they measure success in buying a home and aligning your actions and resources to make sure the product(home you are listing) is both buyable and discoverable.

The best I can summarize it is if it was not a violent death you do not have to disclose it.

You could write a book on the pros and cons, but ill summarize here. with as little time as you have, your projects will stretch out forever.

I will just summarize it as a learning and enlightening experience.I suspect you need to start by obtaining a Power of Attorney to give you legal authority to make decisions with respect to this property.
