From what I’ve read, Matterport charges $15 per floor plan so do you include that for your clients free of charge too or just provide your clients with what comes in the monthly subscription cost to you?

Also I would like to become more versed on how to price new clients ( is this best as a monthly subscription service, is there a one time admin fee, are there additional costs for renting vacant units, contracting repairs ie plumbers, electricians etc., collecting rents and handling evictions).
