Mario,I'd strongly consider reporting them to the Florida Real Estate Board (you can find a link on myfloridalicense.com).I am not sure what you can do about recovering funds that were stolen that were not in escrow, but you should be protected against lost escrow money from the Florida Real Estate Recovery Fund.We manage property in both Orlando and Tampa and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

I enabled "Receive Zillow Applications", and that is why I have received more than 10 applications in just 4 days that are garbage: 3 are BOT or Scam type, perhaps using a stolen identity, and I can assure you that, because they have the same characteristics (Scramble data) and never they interact with me.

If something happens to your debit card, it's YOUR money at risk...If you can manage your spending and pay it off every month, using a credit card to get back some sort of return on something you would otherwise be buying (whether cash back, points, miles, etc), there is no reason not to realize that return and reduce your risk of getting your card information stolen.
