Anyone have any success getting 100% of the cost basis as the sticker price for the apartment ?

So, seeing the current prices, now, when I'm ready to jump in, I've had a little sticker shock. 

If you're being covered by your employer right now, you might have sticker-shock as to how much it would cost to self-insure, especially as you get older.Personally, I'm pretty conservative so if I was sure I could live happily on $3000/month, I would probably double it at least just to be safe before I pulled the plug.

I don't see the sticker for that.

I was sticker shocked to see that the price/unit for the subject property was 165K/unit i.e. way more than Buckhead prices. 

Tomorrow we will be entering the homes (after notifying the tenants today) and looking for any identifiers- stickers or plaques, for example- that may have this information on it.

Up until him mentioning the price you were saying the most wonderful things about Clever Investor.And I understand you had "sticker shock" over the $7,000 investment for our mentoring services, but you shouldn't go onto a forum and make statements that are simply untrue.
