Hi can anyone give me some solid tips on how I can get the start up funds for my first property?

I am a Delaware local looking to start up with buy and hold investments and any insight would be welcome.

For example, if you had said you had 5 years of experience as a construction site project manager and were looking to go into building homes for owner-occupied residential real estate and needed some start up and living capital...I'd feel a lot more confident like you have on vision of what the future looks like. 

I have startup capital at my disposal (low 6 figures) and a practical approach to purchasing and selling.
