Between the two of you, you should have 10+ total people at the meeting The meeting can be structured as follows: - Introductions (everyone does an intro saying their investing background and what they want to learn about wholesaling) - Speaker speaks - You ask group what topic the next meeting should be on.

Also if you want to get into multi family then you will want to check out the NEREIA in Chelmsford in October as @Ann Bellamy (who is also one of the hosts of the Black Diamond meeting I mentioned) will be one of the speakers discussing strategies for buying and financing owner occupied multi family properties (might be a little off on the specifics but that is the jist of it).

All groups that grow need to do some type of sales as the cost of the facilities for a larger group can be substantial Also sometimes a particular speaker will be very salesy but that is not necessarily the general vibe of the group.
