If your plan has both tax-deferred and Roth 401(k) components and is written to allow for in-service Roth rollovers (most do), you could roll the money you've stashed in your traditional IRA into your tax-deferred 401(k) and then do an in-service rollover, once the money is in the 401(k).

Here are some methods I have used so far.Free Sources:- information, or free internet search like switchboard.com- pipl.com (not too bad for free - finds social networking sites too)- Courthouse records (shows previous subpoena addresses and if they have a driving offence their date of birth in my county.

We have done private lending and have done deals where we were debt and equity -whereby we were the debt component but offered a lower interest rate in order to get a share of the equity.

If you have a website, Instagram or other social page for the house, having those convey as well are always welcome.Our market is heavily driven by STR near the theme parks, so not sure how the SLC market works, but to me, having it still operating is a must.
