I see most of y'all are new to AvantStay but has anyone seen similar feedback?

Has anyone pursued legal action for specific performance in a similar situation?

If you are in low to mid six figures say $250k a year -   you would need around $2.5  - $3M in cash to make the similar income consistently and without significant risk.

Similarly, My mother-in-law went to live in assisted living homes rather than us having a guest house in the backyard of our current home where we could have hired a nurse full time to be here with her to take care of her at our home.

What you propose is different but in your original post this was not clear.with the additional info, I have seen similar comped with quads.  

It seems like location would be especially critical with pad-split (and similar systems), but I’d love to hear your thoughts on what to watch out for in terms of zoning, safety, or demand.Also, I’ve traditionally rented out units the regular way, so I’m curious how screening tenants works for you with the pad-split (and similar) model.

My mortgage in Philadelphia is roughly $1400 and similar rentals range from $1900-2200 in my area, so I think I can cashflow it.B.

Perhaps, but nothing of value was ever obtained easily otherwise it would simply not be such, valuable.My experience is similar, Albert.
