Hello,I would like some advice or experiences on how others deal with room mates who don't follow the rules in the lease.

I'm experimenting with several small touches to see what impact they have.

In my opinion or experience this is how to be the millionaire next door. 

My suggestion would be to buy a place to be a mid term rental and experiment with short term during the vacancy gaps. 

Any suggestions, advice, or experience you could give me.

I didn't have much money, and not much experience but I used my background in finance to put together a syndication and buy an old office building and drive thru on .59 acres with the purpose of developing housing.My passion was creating housing in a city with under 2% vacancy and skyrocketing housing costs.

If anyone has any other tips and tricks or things they have learned through experience I would be happy to get your thoughts.

Minimum $250K loan amount to $2M. 25% down with 720 and above middle mortgage FICO score up to $1.5M. investors need to have experience.
