I finished school when I was 16 and now, I'm 17 years old and I'm making 36,000 a year from my w2 job, I know there's not much I could do as of right now but what should I do to set me up so when I turn 18 I can start my investing Journey.

Also you might check out the school district ratings to help you get an idea of the quality of the area. 

I'd recommend Harvard Business School, but Northwestern at Chicago is pretty good too!

I’ve looked at Zillow and look at the school scores close by, look at google maps but other than that is their some tool I can leverage to help sped up this process?

The market is surprisingly high here for such a small place, but i think its because the town in growing and has a very good school system.
