Oklahoma Neighborhoods and description please!
Hi guys!
I am interested in getting a better understanding of the Oklahoma wholesaling market, specifically the different neighborhoods/area, neighborhood pros/highlights/potential and cons, average/range of price point. Ultimately, would like to see if it is a class A, B, C, D, area as well. The goal is to get good wholesaling properties under contract that would appeal to buyers and investors.
Any one has any good sources to share? I would appreciate hearing this community's feedback.
