In my opinion all drug dealers and vagrants should be assumed to be carrying a weapon until proved otherwise.

Tammy and I lived in San Diego from 1996-2008 and saw the carnage that can happen when those games are played...we lived in a solid "A" neighborhood with amazing schools that went from high living to graffiti on the walls and cops at the schools daily for drugs/weapons/violence/gangs/you-name-it.

A training course for conceal and carry won't teach a novice gun owner how to keep the gun, if I'm within six feet of them, chances are good they will lose their gun and if I were someone else, they could likely be shot with their own weapon, like most law enforcement officer shootings.

Knowledge is the best weapon we have right!
