If a potential guest has questions pre-booking and you take too long, you will lose bookings and revenue. 

If your company were to start selling goods and services and make revenue in the state then this would be a different answer. 

I think in most of these areas you'll need to ensure your cash flow is sufficient for multifamily and you have a path for driving valued through increased NOI via increased revenue and/or expenses.

Those type of bookkeepers are the reason i will always be able to make revenue. 

However, the property has a business on it and we wanted to know if loan offices will allow us taking over the business and using the previous revenue as projected income to help with the mortgage loan.

Like @Chris Seveney said, focus on revenue first, then growth later.

Some platforms, like Airbnb or VRBO, may handle the collection and remittance for you, but it's important to verify this.Make sure to register with the Florida Department of Revenue and Pinellas County to file and pay these taxes.

But, I would recommend hiring an REI-savvy Bookkeeping Professional one day so you can focus on other higher revenue-generating tasks.

This could increase consistent revenue and give him the flexibility he needs to focus on really starting BRRR. 

Revenue wise, I would look out on Loopnet for Athens and look at similar properties for lease rates and NNN terms or not.
