@Natalie Kolodij I’m not quite sure what repetitive comments of how pathetic it is to invest in Bend you’re talking about. 

Just to have my part time employee handle repetitive things like painting, dry wall, flooring, trash, landscaping, demoing, has been a tremendous help.

I enjoy being active in many things but if any of my activities becomes repetitive, I get bored. 

I think there is some truth to it, but also you have changed - you know more now, so things get repetitive and less interesting.Subjectivly I feel real estate investing has become more mainstream compared to 2010-2015.

However, this level of sales does not provide enough repetition to develop the necessary processes, experience, and resources.

So much paperwork and it’s so repetitive.  

I currently have trouble analyzing deals, but i guess that comes with repetition on how many deals you analyze daily.

How many mailings could you do repetitively for 6 months without making a deal?

The log requirement to track the hours hasn't changed so something from 4-5 years ago should still be applicable now.I would create an excel workpaper with 4-5 columnsColumn 1 = DateColumn 2 = Amount of hoursColumns 3 = Description of property worked onColumns 4 = Task performedYou can create 'drop-down' features to reduce the amount of repetitive phrases.
