It’s a pain when you try to force a sell.

Once the occupancy goes down it's painful to float the property and owners try to sell. 20%-30% management is about normal but if they aren't doing their job, it's hard to lose that much every month.

Pete, Just wanted to add I feel your pain the document request is a pain in the butt for sure. 

It pains me to say, but Zillow is the go-to for rental inquiries.

Behavioral economics tells us people experience the pain of losses twice as much as gains.

Well lesson learned, keep renting it, I assume its a 3 br so you are getting at least 1k a month, So over time the " pain " will fade .

There's got to be a bit of the psychology of winning the bidding war going on here.

We all have different pain thresholds and experience in creating value.
