Your new policy will be in your title holding entities name but when the broker prints out the ACCORD form that goes to the mortgage company it needs to list the mortgagors name on the top line with the acronym ATIMA beside their name and then your title holding entity name right below that.

This does usually result in us using more paperwork/notices than necessary with our tenants, but covers our risk for the most part...generally, the notices have the actual statutes printed on them and if you read through them thoroughly, states the proper routes to take in different situations and when to use a particular notice.

@Christian Tassinari It depends on the contract, you'll have to look at the fine print and ask you escrow and title companies what was in the original agreement.

There is simply not enough room on that card to explain who you are, show you are legit, show what deals you have done, how it works, answer their concerns.Everyone simply sees DMM completely wrong and again it is just because some company into printing mailers spread the word this crap works.Tell me, how do you figure sending mailers 4 times works?

Review title commitment and survey to make sure to deed restriction and/or HOA in place that would stop you from doing 4 plex2) Meet up with City/County planning office to make sure 4 plex can be build and lot has enough parking spot . 3) Talk to an architect to get an initial foot print, layout and foundation type (i.e. pier beam or post tension slab) 4) Bid out to get estimate for both soft cost (survey + construction drawings + Permit) and hard cost (cost of building) Without #3 you really cant get hard estimate Problem is that you may not enough time to hash out #2-4.. prior to closing the land ..
