I dream of financial freedom (as I would think all of you mostly do LOL) but I also want to start my REI adventure because I'm tired of the 9-5, I want more time with my family, and I want more purpose in life than just delivering pizzas.

Just to give you a little background about the property:2 family house in decent area in the Brinx fully occupied, $0 (rent roll), absentee/tired landlord, owner owns the property free and clear, owner hasn't collected rent in 15 years, property is current with taxes and water and sewage.Should I followup aggressively - after all she did verbally agree to a purchase price - or should I give her a little time then followup?

Occasionally you will find someone who: 1) can't afford their property anymore and is tired of the struggle, and 2) have enough equity in the property that you can make them happy while still buying at a discount.

My own warehouse was set on fire in Manchester in 2014, so I tired to sell it out but I couldn't find out a buyer .Today I have built it somehow and making a good fortune from it .
