All of a sudden I'm seeing 3 different members, all from NY city posting praises of Watermark on this board.

I know a lot of people praise quickbooks and it's what a lot of accountants use so many prefer it, but interested to hear from note investor specifically on what they use.

lolPeople who manage in the warzone areas deserve an award/praise-- they're doing what 99.99% of other people don't want to do!     

I wouldn't call this a mistake but more of a learning point:Circumstances - First time buyer, out of state purchase. realtor was introduced by my very good friend (both locals in that state) who praised that realtor's experience and considered him to be a very good friend. 

I also have that in my house and it gets a lot of praise.
