if the bank is willing to go with you guys.. under the terms presented.. you have to start somewhere.are their PG's on the loans construction take out.. also what is the total cost to build /  and what is the dirt worth fully entitled 

What if I am the borrower and someone else offers a PG?

There are slot of people who make student loan payments and the amount they owe goes up everyday because their payment is less than interest is accruing and they will never pay it off.
